Software Development Project Manager

Kterio is looking to fill the role of Software Development Project Manager to join our growing development team in Florida, USA. The ideal candidate would be available to come into the office one to two times per week.

Responsibilities

  • Work with product owners and stakeholders to help convert requirements into development activities
  • Effectively manage and track of project progress and ensure that all involved parties are well informed thought all stages
  • Allocate, manage and guide development epics, stories and tasks (scrum and kanban methodologies)
  • Lead development team meetings: e.g. standups, task prioritization/ allocation and retrospectives
  • Ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and at par with the agreed standards

Qualification & Key Attributes

  • Experience of project managing complex and diverse software projects
  • Understanding of cloud data platform (Azure) software development
  • Ability to coordinate and understand the activities of backend, frontend and infrastructure/ data teams
  • Experience of agile project management and documentation methodologies using Jira and Confluence
  • Great people skills; a professional manner with excellent written and verbal communication
  • The ability to talk with key stakeholders as well as understand the detail from the development team
  • Commercially astute
  • Understanding of DevOps processes
  • A passion for technology, ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
