His broad range of experience includes CXO and board of directors appointments, M& A and divestiture transactions, equity and debt financing and restructuring, financial planning and reporting, and building and leading global finance and operations teams. He was a key part of the executive team that guided Mercury Interactive Corporation from start-up to S& P 500 and NASDAQ 100.
