David Sciarrino is the Vice President of Business Development at Kterio. David is an industry-recognized thought leader, strategic advisor, and consultant in the Smart Building, Proptech, and Intelligent Infrastructure space. With nearly 25 years of hands-on experience, he has deployed transformative smart building technology solutions to clients in all vertical markets, resulting in the evolution of properties into high-performing financial assets.
Prior to joining Kterio, David served as President at Source IoT, where he helped technology providers and real estate owners leverage smart building technologies to achieve meaningful business outcomes for their organizations. Prior to Source IoT, David ran the North American sales organization for the Industrial Edge Computing division at Renesas Electronics. Throughout his 20-year career at Siemens and Johnson Controls, he held various roles of increasing responsibility in the areas of Automation, Intelligent Infrastructure, Lighting, Life Safety, and IoT.
